Early this week, a training was organized for HCC’s field staff, local stakeholders as well as teachers and school directors in Siem Reap Province on the newly created Attendance management guidelines.
The training started on Tuesday, 21st of December and lasted on Wednesday 22nd of December 2021. This training aimed at giving a roadmap and clear guideline to the school directors, teachers, and relevant stakeholders on how to follow up the students’ absences and know what to do in case some children are very often absent or the attendance in a class is low.
The training course was organized at District DoE’s office Varin, and facilitated by Mr. Chhunly Tiev, the project manager of HCC project in Siem Reap province.
This trainings were part of the HCC Program (Happy Cambodian Children) which aims at giving all Cambodian children better chances for them access to quality pre-school and primary education and is supported by the Kinchan Foundation.
