Enhanced Nutritional Security through Reciprocity (ENSR)
The overall objective: to improve internal competencies of participating organizations on public health nutrition through mutual exchange of approach, tools and practice. It also, help to knowledge building of existing health team members along with target communities in the nutritional field. The specific objectives are as follows
- To learn and replicate different effective approach and practice on nutrition sensitive activity implementation to promote healthy living practice among respective target beneficiaries.
- To develop resource person through exchange of staff members by creating opportunity of augmenting new knowledge through the exchange of personnel or recruited NOREC participants.
- To extend internal competencies on community health and nutrition improvement.
- To learn about different country culture, customs and practice which can support healthy living and development.
The young people will be the medium of accruing knowledge from host organization and integrate into home organization. However, the incoming young professional, will provide hands on training to the existing team members and assist in replicating activities. Therefore, we believe that, the result frameworks are achievable through exchange of young professional.

Project period: 1st January 2022 to December, 2024
Planned number of exchanges: 3 rounds
Length of each round of exchange: Length of stay abroad on exchange: 12 months plus Follow-up work: 4 weeks
