On January 19th, 2022, the team working on Happy Cambodian Children Program (HCC) collaborated with Chenla Children’s Health Care (CCHC) to organize free health check for the children’s of Kor Sang pre-school and primary school. This school is in the district of Chit Borey in the province of Kratie.

The doctors from Chenla Children’s Health Care checked the health of the children in both pre-school and primary school. Around 62 pre-school children and 310 primary school students benefitted from these free health checks yesterday. If the doctors identified any serious illness or children suffering from malnutrition for example, the team from HCC and CCHC would send them directly to the Central Hospital in Kratie.

This activity was part of the HCC Program which is supported by the Kinchan Foundation. It was the first time that KrY implemented health check activities in Kor Sang pre-school and primary school and we hope that we will get the opportunity to renew it.
